The first native English speaking ski school in Courchevel - still functions with that same outlook. Other ski schools advertise “lessons in English” that’s fine – the difference is we GUARANTEE that you will be taught by native British teachers.
Now into their 18th winter the founders are proud to boast that all of their team possess the highest qualification in skiing, recognised world-wide.
With group lessons of no more than nine skiers for adults and children (beginner kids have maximum of eight and they also have a help teacher to make sure everything runs smoothly and safely).
A standard group lesson runs for two hours daily in the mornings and this is enough for a skier to absorb technical information and then have the freedom to practice whilst skiing with family and/or friends.
Private tuition is also a popular part of our daily activity. One to four skiers, of comparable level, can have an instructor for anything from one hour to all day. Most popular are our 2 & 3 hour lessons with the longer session being more of an all day move and improve – whilst exploring the 3 valleys.

 | Allan Askings Allan has worked in Courchevel for over 10 years with Team Supreme. He now lives in Mijas, Spain. He still loves rugby and golf and spent 12 years in Australia as director of golf at International resort. Allan enjoys teaching at all levels and has extensive experience working with autistic children and nervous pupils, he loves a challenge! |
 | Dave Norman Dave has been teaching with Team Supreme for over 10 years now. Dave works part time and is often out in Courchevel during the busy holiday periods. His experience is vast, working in such places as Italy and Austria and now the best place in the world, Courchevel. Dave is also an experienced snowboard teacher. |
 | Evelyn McLean Evi, another vastly experienced Scottish teacher gained from working in the Highlands and then joining John teaching in the Military Ski School. All this after racing with the British D.H.O. Ski Club. Originally, Evelyn learnt to ski in the famous Glencoe ski resort, Scotland where she also learnt the skills of telemarking. |
 | Gareth Roberts Gareth has been a member of Team Supreme for 11 years. When he is not on the slopes of Courchevel, he works as a Trainer for the Governing body that trains and qualifies ski teachers around the world, BASI. He has also recently been appointed Alpine Director for BASI. He holds the highest level of qualification, the International Ski Teacher Diploma. His enthusiasm for skiing means you will always have great fun and learn a loads! |
 | James Gerald James was one of the first teachers to join Team Supreme. He has worked in resorts around New Zealand and many other alpine countries. James not only enjoys the mountain on his skis but you will find him teaching on his snowboard. He is a keen golfer in the summer and often is mistaken for a very famous player! |
 | John Cheesmond John has been a favourite of Supreme clients for many years. He can be found on the slopes of Courchevel during the busy holiday periods with a group of eager skiers. When John isn't skiing he most probably will be seen out on his mountain bike! This guy just does not sit still!! |
 | John Swift John’s passion for many years has been the mountains whether he has been skiing down them or climbing up them! Ski teaching began for John in the Cairngorms where he worked for several ski schools culminating in the Military Ski School that was highly regarded & one to definitely aspire. Opportunities then arose for John in France where he has been a member of Team Supreme for the past ten winters. |
 | Kenny Dickson Kenny, one of the original founder members of Team Supreme. He has represented British skiing at many International Global ski teaching seminars allowing him to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to Team Supreme. A former Chairman and head of the technical side of the British Association of Snowsports Instructors; Kenny was also a member of the British Alpine race team. He also loves his tennis. |
 | Roy Bissett Roy, a self-confessed golf-a-holic in the summer has been with Team Supreme since it started. He has worked in Scandinavia & New Zealand as well as most alpine countries during his 30+ years teaching, and he still gets a buzz when fresh powder lies deep on the mountain. |
 | Sally Addenbrook Sally was a member of our ski teacher-training program and since worked the past 3 winters with the team. She is now the holder of the prestigious International Ski Teacher Diploma. Sally has a great passion for skiing and can be found making turns for herself every second she is not working. |
 | Scott Hughes Scott has been a member of Team Supreme for the past 5 years. He was a member of our Instructor training program and now holds one of the highest ski teaching qualifications recognised worldwide. He enjoys everything ‘fast’ and is often seen jumping off or in to things! Many clients keep coming back for more with Scott… |
 | Stevie Trolland As well as Stevie having the highest teaching qualification in British snowboarding, he has numerous podium positions in his racing career and also achieved 4 podium positions for 4 years running in the British Snowboarding Championships and been shown regularly on TV and the press following his racing career. All his clients love his enthusiastic teaching approach. |

 | Tom Dibblee Tom is one of the most enthusiastic ski teachers around. He holds the prestigious International Ski Teacher Diploma qualification. Tom has worked with the team for the last 4 years and proved very popular with all of our clients. He also loves everything 'fast' and can be often found in the park. This season Tom will unfortunately only be available during the busy periods due to other work commitments in the UK. |
 | Willie McMillan Willie is a vastly experienced teacher, spending the beginning of his ski teaching career in Scotland where he worked as a race trainer and a trainer for BASI. He has now been working with Team Supreme for the past 7 years, the later few on a part-time basis covering the busy holiday periods. The rest of the year is spent back in Scotland running his own business. |
